When I was researching what Spanx to buy, I read some complaints about rolling and the seam showing. I've however, not had any problem with mine. I love the way they make me look and I usually end up forgetting I'm wearing them because I find them so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this product.

The product arrived on time & was exactly what I expected - another name for a girdle. I ordered the next size (as suggested) and yes, it went on very easily - however, it felt like I was wearing a girdle - and it gave my shape an unnatural quality. I plan to keep it and try it again but ladies - it's a girdle

I was really excited about these, because I've read so many good things about them. However, after trying them, I'm less-than-impressed. They offer about the same 'shaping' as a good pair of control-top pantyhose. Additionally, after merely TWO half-day wears, the stitching started coming out where the bottoms are turned under.
The reviews about the center seam are right on target -- if you wear something light-colored, form-fitting, and lightweight, the center seam probably will show through.
Don't expect these to make you a size smaller, but if you want a smooth look under your clothes, these might be right for you. As for me, I'll use these until they wear out, but after that, I'll stick with my Sheer Energy Control Tops.

Spanx's size chart is total crap. I'm 5'1" and 185, in the very top of the D range. The product looked so ridiculously small when I got it that I measured the maximum stretch just above the crotch: it stretched, at the most, to my thigh measurement. I wouldn't be able to get them over my knees, let alone my butt. Here's hoping the merchant accepts the return.
So, a word of warning: even if you think you're being realistic based on the size chart, you'll definitely need to get (at least) the next size up if you're toward the top edge of the chart.
